The concept of the Rainbow Healing Plaza, where Yeongdong County's four major festivals are held, originated with the establishment of Yeongdong Rainbow Healing Tourist Spot. The Rainbow Healing Center began as a complementary space to share the passion and joy of rural life and define and represent Yeongdong's healing.
The Center reflects the desire to hear children's laughter in rural areas facing population decline. The architectural philosophy embodies the idea that even if others do not share, being with the nature of Yeongdong is enough to feel complete, at least for today.
